“My mom dragged me to that Taos Pueblo when I was a teenager. The place is like a small, crusty, dusty piece of land from a whole 'nother time, right in the middle of a modern world. Very strange. There were filthy stray dogs running around and 2 old women serving a tortillas with homemade beans (no cheese or vegetables on there) in the dirt side area. These are not people with any sort of financial means, and it was a serious eye-opener for me. I recommend taking your children to places like this b/c they learn to appreciate what they have better.

Because porn mostly caters to men and fashion mostly caters to women?I must agree that I like curvy pron stars a hell of a lot better than those bags of antlers on the catwalk..
At least it won't be filled with stupid Apple product placements, as have most of the stupid movies these days.!

How about me being offended that they can't display Old Glory? What do they have to say about that?I can't offend someone with my flag (which is NOT offensive since it's a symbol of our country) yet they can offend me by preventing me from flying a flag? Hypocrites.I think this is just the land lord being a control freak and a complete ass.

/oldhickMonsanto have to protect their brand (Roundup Ready)...just as Coke or Nike protect theirs. Consider the R&D cost of bringing one GM product to market. Then consider one in twenty don't make it to market. If you're not willing to pay taxes so governments can do this research, who would you like to pay for it?No, Monsanto don't control the world food supply. Farmers are free to buy seeds from anyone they choose. You pay a premium, you get premium yielding GM crops. Don't want to pay, fine, you can still get GM varieties from other suppliers (DOW, BASF, Syngenta for example, who all have their own GM crops such as Liberty Link), or you can get conventional varieties from other suppliers with a seed treatment, that are often selectively bred for just as high yield results.First generation Monsanto crops were simply bred to be resistant to glyphosate. True, stacked varieties are now coming to market that have added nutritional value, or some other insect resistance, but the R&D involved is getting into the billions. Not to mention the cost of production and supply.Would you expect Reebok to give you their shoes for free? Or Glaxo-Smith your drugs for free? Would you go out and work for free? No, so what makes you think Monsanto are there to produce products for free?
